Lympha Press Optimal advanced pneumatic compression with pretherapy is a home care system for the treatment of lymphedema and venous insufficiency. It combines the gentle touch of manual lymph drainage with Lympha Press gradient sequential compression, in a system that adapts to the patient needs.
The Optimal is easy to use and is fully adjustable to meet individual patient needs to:

Lympha Press Optimal is used with the Lympha Press line of 12 to 24 overlapping chamber appliances including leg and arm garments, LymphaPants, Comfysleeve I-75 and Lympha Jacket for torso treatment on the principles of MLD. The Optimal can operate unilaterally or bilaterally.

  • Choice of 3 cycles: Pretherapy- Based on Principles of MLD. Sequential- 12-zone calibrated pnuematic compression therapy. Peristalic- Wave type calibrated gradient massage, for patients with focal discomfort.
  • 12-zone gradient calibrated "at the pump," Pressure can be adjusted in each compression chamber individually, or in four groups of three chambers each.
  • Bilateral or unilateral treatment.
  • Therapy Lock- Pressures and models are set and locked, according to prescription, for safe and easy use.
  • Torso and adbominal therapy.
  • Garments for torso clearence, LymphaPants, LymphaJacket, or ComfySLeeve I-75 for torso treatment based on principles of manual lymph drainage.
