Group 2 Indications for Use: Multiple Stage 2 pressure ulcers on the trunk or pelvis that have not improved within 30 days on a Group One product Large or multiple stage 3 or 4 pressure ulcers on the trunk or pelvis A requirement for continuation of therapy from hospital or nursing home for recent ulcer flap or graft procedures	Group 3 Indications for Use: Stage 3 or 4 pressure ulcer on trunk or pelvis Bedridden/severe immobility Required institutionalization without air fluidized bead bed Physician order and monthly recertification Care plan/assessment Group Two product tried without success, and Trained adult caregiver available
