It was worth it!
I had a cheaper elbow brace with a smaller air pack that did not fit my arm properly (in order for the air pack to sit where it needed to, I couldn't bend my elbow). I bought this one after the orthopedist recommended it. I LOVE the freezer gel pack and I have noticed a real difference when I wear it. Overall, it was more expensive but well worth it.
