Step 1: Your order is placed by you on our website or over the phone. Or your doctor sends us an order directly. *An RX is required for all rental machines; we will help with this step if needed.

Step 2: Before you start your recovery, we call to discuss delivery, insurance coverage, get paperwork signed, and answer any questions.

Step 3: Ideally, your equipment is delivered and set up 1-2 days before your surgery. We’ll walk you through every step and usage. Don’t worry, your rental doesn’t start until your home rehab begins.

Step 4: We will check in when your rental is ending to see if you need more time or if you are ready to send it back.
