Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) is a therapeutic method using a suction pump and dressing to remove excess fluid within a wound. Subatmospheric pressure is localized over the wound using the sealed wound dressing.  Since 2006, DeRoyal has been at the forefront of providing NPWT systems and accessories to assist with hard to heal wounds.
