It is very important to do everything that your doctor and physical therapist tell you to do including your exercises. Using both a shoulder CPM machine and doing your recommended exercises will enhance your recovery while also reducing your pain and swelling. After a very bad experience with a medical rental company in Phoenix, AZ, I was only days away from shoulder surgery and needed a Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machine. Another company who did not have one available, searched the internet for me as we were traveling. He provided the phone number for Medcom Group in Colorado. Our phone contact, arrangements, negotiations, contract signing and shipping scheduling was all handled telephonically by a very efficient office staff person. When the machine was UPS'd to our home we were immediately placed in touch with the company person who walked us through the set up and arrangements for any stags that might occur. Medcom Group lived up to all that they promised and, most importantly, provided a device and a service that greatly improved my recovery after surgery.

Couldn't get the shoulder CPM from unreliable local supplier/renter. Prior user referred me to Medcom. Service has been terrific; contacted surgeon's PA to get directions; programmed cards; sent machine by FedEx day of order; provided responsive instruction via Skype with follow up. Thank you John.

Very professional and knowledgable. Definitely know their product and even though it would seem to be a daunting task to Fed Ex such a large item, it was done flawlessly. Phone calls and emails were always returned promptly. I would highly recommend anyone considering leasing such devices to go through through this company.
