Yes. the medcom group rents and sells rehabilitation equipment for home use. We carry a wide range of options—if you have a need, we likely have a solution. Some items require a prescription. Do I need a prescription to rent equipment?
Often, yes. You will need a prescription for any device that moves a joint (CPM), provides pneumatic compression (foot pump, SCD, lymphedema pump), or circulates cold water with a motor. Other devices may also require a prescription. The prescription is required whether you prepay or ask us to bill insurance. We can help request one from your provider. How do I return my equipment after a rental?
It’s simple:

  1. Save the box and packing materials when your machine arrives.

  2. Use the included guide to repack the equipment.

  3. Attach the prepaid return label to the box.

  4. Call UPS for pickup—there’s no charge to you.
    If your equipment was hand-delivered, contact your local team for pickup. If you’ve misplaced the box or label, call us and we’ll help.

How long can I rent equipment?
the medcom group, ltd.® will rent equipment for as long as you need it. Your timeline depends on your procedure, the device, and your progress. Talk with your surgeon and/or physical therapist to set a sensible rehab plan. Some insurance plans may approve additional time.

When and how will my equipment arrive?
We ship nationwide via UPS Ground from Colorado. Most orders arrive in 1–4 business days, depending on location. Select areas of Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Wyoming, and Minnesota may be eligible for local delivery. Need it sooner? Second-day air, overnight, or even same-day delivery may be available for an additional cost—call us for a quote.
We prep your equipment so it’s almost ready out of the box. You may need a few minor adjustments for a perfect fit. We include setup guides and instruction manuals, and most items have how-to videos.
