Ridge on the unaffected side digs in my arm pit. Haven't found a way to cushion that. Arm compression literally hurts and seems too tight, but the chest/back compression is perfect. Have found it helpful

BioCompression's Elite 8 Chamber Bio Vest is made of high quality 200 Denier Nylon Oxford coated with 3 mils of Polyurethane. The garment provides tissue fluid movement from the arm all the way to the thoracic duct. With a chamber located directly at the axillary area, scar tissue and axillary nodes are effectively addressed. Chest edema is not a problem with the Bio Vest. If the thoracic duct is blocked and/or not draining adequately, fluids will be redirected in a downward motion thereby creating new channels. This process, called lymphangiogenesis, is performed by this sleeve and the ultimate goal for tissue fluid movement. Donning the garment is simple and the initial fitting insures a proper fit every time with no migration while in use. The Elite-8-Chamber Bio Vest provides the best possible solution for those with difficult conditions. This garment is to be used with our Pump Model SC-2008 or our SC-3008. There are three sizes available. The vest is adjustable from 28" to 55" circumference of the chest and available for right or left arms. While most people will fit a size Medium, for the most accurate fit, check the sizing chart below. There will be a handful of measurements to take. Once you have the measurements, reference the chart to get a the correct garment for your limb. As long as your arm is smaller than the sizing given for the garments, it will fit.

So comfortable I can fall asleep while pumping and the quality is top knotch.

Great product
I use my limpedema pump twice a day. It makes a tremendous difference for me. After 2-3 hours with it on my swelling is reduced and I am discharging fluids. I've cut my water pills in half and I haven't worn compression socks for a month
