Does my CPM machine need to be serviced?

Have you looked under the cover of one of your Knee CPM machines lately?  We receive continuous passive motion machines every day that need to be serviced because they make noise, have bad displays, or just won't run properly.  Sometimes it is as simple as replacing the hand control cable, potentiometer or power supply.  I happened to notice this machine as it was being diagnosed for repairs:

The customer sent this Artromot K3 Knee CPM to us because it was making noise.  When we opened the cover, it was pretty obvious that there was a problem. Note the layer of dirt on the printed circuit board.

After a good cleaning, some new bearings, a new hand control display and some serious TLC (1.5 hours of labor), this machine sounded smooth and was ready to go back to its owners.

If your CPM machines need repair, please give us a call.  We are factory trained and can fix machines from every manufacturer.  You can call us at 1-877-301-4276 or visit our CPM Service and Parts page at (medcomgroup.com service and parts).
