The service was exceptional. I dealt with a great service rep names Joanne. I would recommend her to anyone who needed anything from medcom. She was great when I needed something quick. I will use this company again if I need this type of equipment again. The cpm was just what my mother needed after her knee replacement. Thanks again to all involved you have been wonderful.

CPM and Cold Therapy Machines December 14, 2012

CPM and Cold Therapy Machines arrived the morning of my surgery.  This was a miracle on Joanne's part, I called her Friday with surgery the very next Tuesday.  She was able to expedite this with all the paperwork, very, very fast, getting it in the mail even tho it was a weekend.  Absolutely amazing !!! Both machines were is perfect order and easy to put together and very easy to use. New sheepskin was received with the unit, added to comfort after surgery. Joanne has always called back in a very timely manner, as well as her staff, absolutely wonderful people, very customer orientated. Wonderful experience, I would recommend this company and it's products to anyone.  Thank you for making a very difficult, painful and stressful situation a little easier.  Blessings to you and all your employees,

CPM arrived next day even though I specified (and paid for) 2nd day delivery. Acc'd to my Physical Therapist, it is an older version but works perfectly. New sheepskin was received with unit. I extended with a phone call but after two days, nobody has yet to confirm. I also asked twice for an invoice (so I could submit to my flex spending acct for reimbursement) and so far, nobody has sent me one. Overall, good experience but details are lacking.
